Yanado Privacy Policy

Who Are We?

We’re Yanado Ltd, a Bulgarian registered company reg id BG202885769. Our headquarters are based in Boulevard Tzarigradsko Shose 111B 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Data Collection

Yanado will collect the following information when you register to our services via Google consent screen:

• Name (so we can show it to your team mates);
• Email address (so you can communicate with us and your team mates);
• Profile picture or Gravatar (to show your team mates your profile picture);
• Timezone and language (we need this in order to localise Yanado interface as much as possible);
• List of labels and calendars (in order to organize your tasks, emails and events together, we need to access your labels and calendars);
• Yanado configuration and data (e.g., settings, subscription details, templates, task title and description, task comments);
• Thread IDs, Message IDs if linked to a Yanado feature (e.g., added email to a task).
• We store Google token and refresh token encrypted using AES/256 algorithm in our database.

Yanado will also collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and information submitted through voluntary activities. We also gather data from people who engage us, or our content via Yanado.com website. The information we collect is used to improve Yanado and the quality of our service. It is not shared with or sold to third parties.

We only communicate with Google servers through the Gmail’s API (OAuth). You can revoke access at any time. Once using our Services, we may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, we may send you promotional email offers, or email you about your use of the Services.

Data Use

By installing and registering for Yanado, you are giving us right to use your company logo for our reference list.

We do not have any advertising on our site. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• Yanado will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymised.
• Yanado will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
• Yanado will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web and mobile task management and email client apps that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

• To personalize your experience, i.e, your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs;
• To improve our Services, i.e., we continually strive to improve our service based on the information and feedback we receive from you;
• To improve customer service, i.e., your information helps us to more effectively respond to your support needs.
• Any data that we do have will never be shared except under the circumstances described below in Data Disclosure.

Data Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may transfer or share your personal information with trusted and GDPR-compliant third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Yanado uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our software. Although Yanado owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, you retain all rights to your data. It won’t be distributed anywhere without your approval.

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies are required to use Yanado. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information we redirect visitors to a SSL secure server.

We have several applications that requires you to authenticate with OAuth access tokens. In those cases we request access tokens with specific access permissions.

Yanado Gmail Extension

• calendar –  read and write permission for Google calendar in order to create and update calendar events based on tasks due dates.
• userinfo.email –  email information is used to authenticate users and send important emails.
• userinfo.openid – we need id to identify a user.
• userinfo.profile – used for fetching user avatar from Google+.
• contacts.readonly – used for autocomplete feature when adding new users to your Yanado team and for adding contacts into Google contact custom field.
• drive – to allow users to upload new documents to drive and to search and get document link so they can add it to a tasks.

Yanado Settings

• calendar – to be able to share calendars when adding new users to Yanado team.
• userinfo.email – email information is used to authenticate users.
• userinfo.profile – used for fetching user avatar from Google+
• userinfo.openid – we need id to identify a user.
• contacts.readonly – used for autocomplete feature when adding new users to your Yanado team.

Yanado Mobile Web Application:

Third Party Payment Services

We rely on third parties to process credit card transactions and do not store your credit card details. Currently, we use the service of Paddle. For more information on Paddle’s privacy practices, please refer to their Privacy Policy.
