Organize Your Work With Teams<\/h2>\n<p>Creating a new team is the first thing you should do, once you\u2019ve created your Yanado account. With teams you can organize your projects, plans and your company.<\/p>\n<p>To create a new team, click on the orange button at the bottom right of the Yanado. To do so, click on the more options icon next to the team&#8217;s name in the left sidebar and select <strong>Team Members &amp; Privacy<\/strong> option. Organize Your Projects with TODO\u00a0Lists<\/h2>\n<p>Adding a new list is a piece of cake. Find the plus icon next to the team&#8217;s name in the left sidebar and click on it. Besides typing in a list name, there are several options to set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Select list calendar<\/strong> &#8211; here you can select which Google calendar this list should be attached to.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select list template<\/strong> &#8211; to speed up the setup process, select one of the list templates we created for you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create template tasks<\/strong> &#8211; if you have selected a template list, you can decide if you want to create template tasks from it or not.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Privacy<\/strong> &#8211; a list can be private where only invited team members can have access to it, or public to a team where all team members can see it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you have set the desired options, click on CREATE button at the bottom right corner of the dialog.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2697\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Recording-2019-03-19-at-01.21-PM.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2697\" class=\"wp-image-2697\" src=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Recording-2019-03-19-at-01.21-PM.gif\" alt=\"Create a new list in Yanado\" width=\"690\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2697\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Create a new list in Yanado<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>It&#8217;s important to note that you can invite users directly to a list. Add Tasks and Create Tasks from Emails<\/h2>\n<p>A task is an activity that needs to be accomplished within a defined period of time. No limits. Also, editing, renaming or deleting a task is always a possibility. Furthermore, there are some other task options like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sharing a task with other users,<\/li>\n<li>assigning a task to your workers,<\/li>\n<li>making comments about the task,<\/li>\n<li>attaching files and pictures in the task,<\/li>\n<li>make it recurring,<\/li>\n<li>add subtasks and checklists,<\/li>\n<li>add due date,<\/li>\n<li>add custom fields,<\/li>\n<li>subscribing yourself to a task and<\/li>\n<li>archiving a task &#8211; once you&#8217;re finished with a task and you check it off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Let Yanado Remind You of Important Tasks<\/h2>\n<p>Don\u2019t you hate forgetting meetings, birthdays or deadlines? Well, we thought about that and now, every task has a reminder button on it. Open a task you want to be reminded of, click the clock icon in the upper right corner and set the date and time. To reset the date and time or to turn the reminder off, simply click the clock icon again.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/reminder_sa_kalendarom_otvorenim.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1071\" src=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/reminder_sa_kalendarom_otvorenim.png\" alt=\"reminder\" width=\"508\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/reminder_sa_kalendarom_otvorenim.png 508w, https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/reminder_sa_kalendarom_otvorenim-264x300.png 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 508px) 100vw, 508px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For more settings, click the calendar icon in the right corner and it will let you change the event details, event colors, notification settings and visibility.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/detaljnije_kalendar_strelica.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1072\" src=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/detaljnije_kalendar_strelica.png\" alt=\"calendar details\" width=\"510\" height=\"580\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/detaljnije_kalendar_strelica.png 510w, https:\/\/yanado.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/detaljnije_kalendar_strelica-264x300.png 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"statuses\">Once you\u2019ve done that, settings about the reminder will automatically be saved in your Google Calendar where you\u2019ll be able to see it and you won\u2019t forget a thing anymore.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>5. Keep up With Your Progress Through<br \/>\nTask Statuses<\/h2>\n<p>Status of the task, lets you see\u00a0your own progress throughout the time. To do, doing and done can \u201cdo the work\u201d but you can always add more of your own by clicking the settings icon next to the list name, in the left list bar. Use Tags to Group Similar Tasks<\/h2>\n<p>Just like on every other media or social network, tags are used for filtering information\u00a0faster. Use hashtags in your comments, task descriptions, task or list names and make your search easier. Visualize Your Work by Using<br \/>\nCard or List View<\/h2>\n<p>Some people like to see their tasks in a simple list and some like to visualize the progress by using a kanban view. Whichever type of the user you are, Yanado will work for you.
